THE FOUNDATION
What the Work Is Built On
Breathe Alive is Sean Paul's facilitation — shaped by four certifications and years of practice. Its deepest foundation is Transformational Breath®, developed by Dr. Judith Kravitz: a full-body approach that treats the breath as a direct map of how you are living — what you are holding, what you are protecting, what has not yet had permission to move.
The breath pattern reading that opens every session, the conscious connected breathing, the use of sound, movement, and touch — these come from that foundation. What happens around them, between them, and after them draws on everything else the work has taught me.
The result is a session that is genuinely responsive — to the person, to the breath, to what is present. Not a fixed protocol applied.
At the opening of every session, a trained facilitator reads the breath pattern. Not intuitively — as a trained observation. The way the breath moves through the body, where it stops, where it contracts, how it sounds: all of this is information. And it is specific.

Transformational Breath® Level 5
Level 5 is the Group Leader standard — seven in-person training weeks over two years. The capacity to hold multiple people in the work simultaneously, at depth. It is the highest level of facilitation training within the Transformational Breath® modality.
